The BLT sandwich and smoked kielbasa and cabbage soup was fantastic! The bread!!! FRESH baked french bread keeps me a regular customer besides the daily soup of the day. Best ever!!!! The egg salad sandwich was good. Also had mom's chili. That was very good. The staff is so welcoming and friendly as well. They seriously make a difference to me when I visit a restaurant. Very awesome staff! Sandwich makers, soup makers, or whatever! Super awesome! The BLT is my favorite!!!! Try it! I will be back to try other soups and sandwiches soon! Always something different for soups every day! Update, red pepper gouda is good with the grilled cheese. Might have a very small hot spice to anyone who thinks pepper is hot. Or pick the tomato bisque. Dunk the grilled cheese in the soup! OMGosh! Ask for the bread instead of the vegetables for a side! Dunk that right in there! The split pea soup is a must as well!!!! Get the bread with it! I will post a picture of the pea soup when it comes back. The next soup i want to experience is the famous cream of mushroom soup! It's always sold out, so I can't review it. I am going to grab a few frozen pints of it when restocked! I go there every Friday! I am trying every sandwich and soup they have eventually. Also, the staff is super awesome, friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable when i go there every Friday! Update! Just got my favorite BLT sammich, and it had yellow tomatoes in it! Super awesome!!!!! Very thick and scrumptious Sammy! I can't finish the meal and take the rest home! The bread is fantastic! Ask for bread instead of fresh veggies when ordering!

Great selection of flavors. They have soup, sandwiches and fresh bread to eat in as well as frozen soup to take home. Vegetarian and GF soups are clearly marked. Soup flight is on the menu which is a wonderful twist for those who cannot pick one or want to share. I wish there was GF bread offered or a cracker alternative. You can try the soup before purchasing which was very helpful. Table and booth seating available. I went with my 9mo old. Unsure if high chairs are available but he sits well in my lap to eat. Parking on the street or a public lot around the corner and down a half block. Pictured is a cup of artichoke Parmesan bisque that comes with bread and butter.

Walked in about 40 minutes to closing today for a late lunch! (Had no ideas of the hours since I didn’t check Google first!) Walked by this place so many times and I’m so glad I got to try it finally! The employees were so helpful and friendly and even informed us we could sample anything. Had the Heirloom sandwich and one of their vegetable soups! My friend got the last of the broccoli cheddar soup for the day! They pack their Togo containers so there is room for accidental prone people. Loved that they had frozen soups to go! Delicious. I hope to stop in more often to try their rotating soups. Love supporting local cafe and businesses.

I really love the spicy Chorizo Loco, YUM! Mama's chilli is great too. Some of the others I have found to be a bit bland but overall I could eat the Chorizo every day forever :). Sometimes the front person isn't the most communicative or welcoming but still very nice. I would love either a gluten free bread option or a different option other than bread. They have given veggies but haven't been a big fan of what they provide, so I wish there were more bread substitute options or choice of veggies. Thanks!

I waffled between 4 and 5 stars, but based on service and taste/quality of food, I went with 5 stars. The decor had me thrown off - it’s very clean, but almost looks like it’s a chain. BUT - the soup was delicious! We ordered to-go the tomato bisque and black-eyed pea soup, it came with three generous slices of homemade bread. We’ll be back for soup! It was fantastic! Service was good and quick.

Love this place! Soups are excellent (you can even sample them if you're not sure which one to choose). "Sammiches" are fantastic (I've had the pesto mozzarella and grilled cheese). Nice selection of frozen soups too. Lots of vegan and gluten free options. Great customer service. This is a really cute shop in Tosa village next to Yo Mama where you can grab a high quality meal - would definitely recommend checking it out.
